I just realized it's been over a year since my last entry. That whole time has been filled with... not a whole lot.

I'm fostering 6 kittens, who I haven't been able to find homes for. 4 of the were older when I caught them, and I didn't think I could tame them, but since I'm not working at the moment I was able to spend all day with them. Now I am completely in love with them and it's breaking my heart to give them away.

The other 2 I got when they were only 2 days old. Caught the mom and got her fixed, but she wouldn't nurse them after she was spayed. So I released her and kept the babies. There were 4 of them, but 2 had something odd with them.

The first of the 2 non-survivors died right after I freaked out about pus coming out it's belly button. The 2nd had an abscess on it's neck, which I took to the vet, and had the whole office rooting for the little ones, and my vet only charged for half the stuff since he knew it was a stray (LOVE MY VET).

The other 2 are doing great and are ready to go to homes.

There's now a bicycle pub crawl here which is the most fun I've had in a long time. The people who do it are wonderful people, and it's always a spontaneous good time. It happens once a month and I learned this month that I should never, ever do shots on a pub crawl. I was drunk enough when we got to the last bar, that I nearly fell off my bike while trying to get off the thing. I also feel very lucky that I was able to get a ride home with some friends. My bike and I were dropped off at the meeting place and I had great intentions of riding home, and probably could have made it too since it was all down hill, but I didn't feel safe riding by myself considering that I drank too much. Although I wouldn't have been on any major roads, and only crossed 2 major roads at lights, I feared waking up on someone's lawn curled up with my bike, or some other weird happenings. Had to go with my gut, and got a ride.

I don't have much impressive work, I haven't really gone anywhere and all the kittens have been my muse. however, I should be submitting again soon.
